When I was finding out where to do the organizational settings so that it will be appeared in Lync contact. I tried to go to Office 365 Lync settings, Lync Management but with no luck. Then I noticed Lync is connecting to Exchange, why not go for a check. Finally the solution is really there.
- Go to Management of Exchange in Office 365
- Go to Users & Groups, and then Mailboxes Tab
- Click on any one of the users, and then click Details
- Go to organization Settings and fill in the information.
P.S. Direct reports cannot be set manually, which is reflected from who is/are leaded by the manager.
